End-to-end product design
Discovery through delivery — 0→1 through scale, solo and on teams.
Design systems & WCAG
Scalable, compliant component libraries that hold up under real volume.
Design to production
Figma → Framer, no dev handoff. Frontend roots mean I understand the build side.
The most effective designs don’t fill every space — they leave room for the user to breathe, focus, and understand. Restraint isn’t absence. It’s the difference between a product that overwhelms and one that sticks.
Best practices are starting points, not answers.
They’re built for the average case. Most products aren’t the average case. I use conventions as a baseline and check whether they actually fit before committing — because a pattern that works on a developer platform can quietly break on an operator one.
I design with the build in mind.
I know where designs break in development before engineering flags it. That changes how I spec, how I hand off, and what I push back on.
Architecture trained me before UX had a name for it.
Spatial reasoning, systems at scale, designing for how people move through space. The problems are different. The thinking transfers directly.
June 2024 – Present · Zimble Code, NY · Solo designer
Sole designer on an AI voice telecommunications platform — hired for a website, ended up owning the full product. Replaced an external design agency after a full product audit. Redesigned flows built around an internal service team to serve non-technical operators. Built a WCAG 2.1–compliant component library (35% efficiency gain, 20% faster time-to-market). Designed and shipped the marketing site in Framer, design to production, no dev handoff.

Jan 2023 – May 2024 · Center for Digital Experiences, NY
UX Consultant
Worked with The Metropolitan Museum of Art on digital content strategy for non-visiting audiences — owned content channels and brand tone of voice synthesis for the final client deliverable. Contributed to the redesign of Wikipedia’s search experience: ran 8 moderated usability sessions, delivered structured recommendations and Figma prototypes. Wikimedia Foundation agreed with all identified problems.

Frontend Developer
Built responsive, WCAG-compliant interfaces for automotive clients from Figma and Sketch designs — ~95% design system compliance. This is where I learned how engineers actually work, which is why I design the way I do now.
